PRESENTATION SPECIFICATIONS...

GENERAL TALKS:
General Talks have been allocated 15 min time slots. This should encompass 12 minutes for the talk, and three minutes for questions and set up for the following speaker.

Speakers should arrive 15 minutes before the start of each session to allow sufficient time for set up.

Registrants are welcome to plug in their own laptop or to use a computer that will be provided. If you choose to use the provided computer, you must ensure that your talk is loaded onto it before the start of your session. Technical assistance will be available.

If you use your own laptop, it must be left at the podium for the entire session. Prior to your talk, your laptop should rest in standby (not be turned off), be plugged into the power, with the presentation software started and ready to go.

Chair persons in each session will ensure that talks conform to the time schedule to ensure the best possible synchrony across the conference Halls to allow switching between parallel sessions.

POSTERS:
The maximum size for posters is 140 cm (51") WIDTH x 90 cm (35.4") HEIGHT.

All poster sessions will take place in room M3, a large hall that will also be used for talk sessions.

Posters must NOT BE MANNED during talk sessions in M3!

Presenters are welcome to set up their posters at the start of the day (before 8:30) and to leave them hanging until the end of the day's presentations in M3. At minimum, posters MUST be set up during the meal break that precedes each of poster session. Posters should then be manned for the entire 2 hour session.

Posters should be put up using velcro tape that will be provided.
